Welcome to 2nd Grade!
Welcome to 2nd Grade! I am so excited to welcome you and your child to our classroom! Second grade is a wonderful year filled with learning, growth, curiosity, and new adventures. My goal is to create a classroom where every child feels welcomed, encouraged, and excited to learn. I look forward to partnering with you throughout the year to help your child grow academically, socially, and confidently.

Grading Policy
Grades 1 - 5:
- A minimum of three major grades and fifteen daily grades per subject, per grading period will be
required with two grades being entered per week, per subject.
- Semester grades are based upon an average of the two nine week’s grades in the semester. The two semesters (Fall and Spring) are averaged at the end of the year to determine the final grade.
